Booking terms · Updated 14 September 2026

Clear rules from application to completion.

These terms govern hajjbooking.in for direct clients and travel agents across Hajj, Umrah and visa services. Service-specific inclusions and an accepted quotation form part of the same booking record.

Applications and confirmation

A portal submission is a booking application, not a final travel confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when Anabia records the required approvals, documents and verified payment or approved wallet settlement.

Prices and quotations

Published prices apply to the stated audience, tier, unit and inventory at the time captured in the booking. A quote-on-request service becomes payable only after Anabia issues an itemised, time-limited quotation and the customer accepts that exact version in the portal. Only the inclusions written in the accepted quotation are included.

Hajj and supplier conditions

Hajj services remain subject to Government of India, Saudi Arabian, Hajj Committee, airline, hotel, transport and other competent-authority rules, allocations, approvals and changes. Package components may be adjusted where required, with material changes communicated through the portal.

Visa applications

Anabia assists with document checking, filing coordination and status communication. A visa is granted, refused, delayed, shortened or cancelled solely by the competent authority. Processing estimates are not guarantees, and travellers should avoid non-refundable arrangements unless the relevant service terms permit them.

Agent responsibility

A B2B agent confirms it is authorised by each traveller to submit accurate data and documents, receive notices and make booking decisions. Agent prices, tiers, credit and product access are confidential and may be changed or suspended for misuse.

Agent inventory and commissions

A requested seat hold is not available until approved, expires at the recorded time and is consumed only when an eligible booking is allocated. Markups are downstream sales guidance. Commission accrual, approval, payment or reversal follows the separate partner terms and independent accounts review.

Documents

Names and identity details must match valid travel documents. Users must upload legible, current and lawful copies only through the secure portal. Incorrect, expired, altered or incomplete files may delay or prevent approval.

Payments, receipts and statements

Uploading a receipt does not itself verify payment. Accounts staff must match the transaction before it is accepted, and an official receipt is available only after verification. Posted ledger and statement entries are immutable; corrections are recorded as separate reversal entries.

Tax documents

Tax invoices and credit notes use the statutory identity, place of supply, rate and booking value recorded at issue. Voided documents remain in history. Portal calculations support administration but do not replace advice or filings by Anabia’s tax professional.

AI guidance and predictions

AI-assisted readiness scores, priorities, forecasts, opportunities and message drafts are decision support based on records visible to the signed-in role. They may be incomplete or change when new data is recorded. They never constitute a price, booking confirmation, document or payment verification, credit decision, visa decision, legal or tax advice, supplier commitment or instruction to send a message. Authorised people remain responsible for every approval and external communication.

Departure and travel-document delivery

Group, flight, hotel, room, bus and seat details remain operational until confirmed. A travel document is available to the booking account only after operations publishes it and becomes unavailable if withdrawn for correction.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Any amendment, cancellation, refund or deduction depends on the service terms, regulatory rules, supplier penalties, work already performed and funds actually recovered. The portal note and status history record the applicable decision.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, submit false records, probe the portal, share staff access, reuse payment references, or attempt to view another customer’s information. Access may be suspended and suspected fraud may be reported.
